Government of India Startup Recognition Granted to Qailash Labs by DPIIT

Qailash Labs has been formally awarded the Certificate of Recognition by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, under the national Startup India initiative.

This sovereign certification marks a critical institutional milestone for our fabless semiconductor design roadmap at Medha Towers, Gannavaram. Key statutory advantages unlocked include:

• Fast-Track Patent Examination: Accelerated processing through the Indian Patent Office (IPO) for custom AMS circuit topologies, sub-77K readout circuits, and radiation-hardened layout structures.
• Fiscal & DLI Alignment: Direct eligibility under MeitY's Design Linked Incentive (DLI) scheme and the Semicon India mission for sovereign chip design deployment.
• Public Procurement Exemptions: Exemption from prior experience and turnover criteria for strategic government tenders under Rule 149 of the General Financial Rules (GFR).
